Mr Alistair Sean Jeffries is the Chairman, CEO & Founder of The Orient Group of Companies & Orient Source HK Limited ,Hong Kong SAR PRC 

​

Born in Pune , India in 1973, Mr. Jeffries is a resourceful and innovative individual, who has excellent communication and leadership skills mixed with a positive personality.
 

Mr. Jeffries founded the Group in 2010 and then over 10 years developed it into a reputed Oil & Gas Global Supplier and a recognized Commodities and Financial Trader. In this period , the company has also achieved success as a Project Investor , Financier & Infrastructure Developer in the Middle East, Asia & Africa . He now leads the Company in the path of sustainable , influential , eco friendly and progressive industrial growth.

In 1992, after completing HSC - Science in Mumbai at St. Xavier's College, Mr. Jeffries went on to join the Indian Merchant Navy and sailed for various Oil Majors in the worldwide petroleum transportation and supply industry. This also included numerous shore based managerial opportunities in Singapore, Hong

Kong and Mainland China.

In 2008 Mr. Jeffries moved ashore permanently and relocated to China, where he embarked on a new venture of ship building and Vessel conversions , providing him with a very capable and distinguished resume in Project Management, Shipyard Repair and New Build & Conversions. Whilst in China, in 2009 Mr. Jeffries upgraded and managed an existing Sludge and Waste Disposal Company , as a Vice President , and with operations in China and Hong Kong and then worked to expand the same in Asia.

In 2010 Jeffries single handedly founded Orient Source HK Limited (OSHK) in Hong Kong SAR PRC , with a view to establishing the company initially as an emerging global brand in Logistics, Commodity Trading & Product Sourcing.

In 2015 he incorporated Orient Energy (Shenzhen) Trading Co. Limited in Mainland China and to continue OSHK's quest for expansion, growth and trading excellence in the Global Oil and Gas Industry and also establish / sustain the company's operations with Principles on the Mainland in this sector thus giving a solid seamless trading platform in commodities and finance for such business models

In 2015 Mr. Jeffries was appointed as a Managing Partner and Member of the Board of Directors for a Consortium of Financiers in Mainland China and Hong Kong and was asked to further strengthen the Consortium Global foray and Role in International Financial Trading , Humanitarian Projects & Worldwide Project & Investments.

In 2017, Mr. Jeffries became a Managing Partner & Investor for Concept Energy International FZE in the UAE and in the same year started OSHK Petroleum & Logistics Pvt Ltd , India to enter into the Middle East , Indian and Asian Offshore Oil and Gas Industry and to build and operate regional Tank Storage Terminals and Facility Management Ownership.

In 2018 , Mr Jeffries became the Managing Partner for Vetterco Company Limited , Vietnam and is now heading and actively engaged in establishing the global footprint of the Company.​

​

In 2019 , the Orient Source Group also established and commenced operations in Real Estate , Power , Shipping and Port Led Development in the Philippines and will be using strategic investment alliances and partnerships with domestic Affliliates there for these operations.

​

In 2020 , the Orient Source Group also moved firmly into India and commenced Phase 2 of the Companys roll out of its India Investment and Acquisition Program. The group rapidly acquired pre existent Indian subsidiaries for the business growth envisioned and also formed the companys first Integrated Project & Trading Platform called VR3 Petroleum and Infrastructure Pvt Limited in Mumbai , India. The company will be working Govt Approved Projects in Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka for Port Led Development, Infrastructure and Energy sectors.

In 2020, Jeffries pushed further the expansion of the Companys Middle East planned Investments & Operations by opening Big Energy Petroleum , Marine & Infrastructure FZC in Hamriyah , Sharjah UAE. This will be the Flagship enterprise of the Companys Oil & Gas verticals in the Middle East and Asian Regions.

All his business models are sustainable , people centric , aggressive, structured and executed with emphasis on climate change and environment and with a long-term growth to the community and the industry.
